TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How to place an order:
Please feel confident placing your order. We are a safe and secure
website using Nochex payment services and we will never pass your personal information on to third parties.
To place an order simply add your selections to your shopping cart.
You will be guided through the process from selection to checkout. We ship worldwide and shipping rates are based
on the weight of your order and your delivery region. Please scroll down for
shipping costs.
Payment options:
We accept payments from all major credit cards using safe and secure Nochex online payment services.
Important information about payment:
For your security, your shipping name and address must match those of the
credit card used for payment. Our system will not process
your order unless this information agrees.
Please note: All transactions will appear on your card as NOCHEX.
Stock Availability:
If an item is out of stock please check back often. Our
quantities are limited in each collection but our goal is to replenish
our stock as quickly as we can, usually within two weeks.
Shipping:
We take great pride in handling your order quickly, with most items
posted within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Please
make sure that all your shipping information is correct as we
cannot be held responsible for misplaced deliveries. A signature may
be required at time of delivery. Please be aware that local customs
duties may be required for international orders and these are
the responsibility of the customer.
We
try to keep postage to a minimum. All orders will be delivered via
Royal Mail. Shipping prices are subject to change but as a rough guide
in 2009:
Delivery within UK:
Up to quarter kilo: £2.50 (eg:light apron)
Up to half kilo: £4.50 (eg: dress)
Up to 3/4 kilo: 6.50
Up to one kilo: 8.00

Delivery within Europe:
All orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Internationally Signed For.
Up to quarter kilo: £4.00 (eg:light apron)
Up to half kilo: £8.00 (eg: dress)
Up to 3/4 kilo: 11.00
Up to one kilo: 13.00

Returns Policy:
Great time and pride is taken in producing our items that we hope you
will love. If you have any questions or are unhappy with any purchase
please contact us (using the form on the Contact Us page) and we will take care of you right away.
If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us first within 7 days of receipt of item. Please use the form on the Contact Us page so we can assist you the best way we can.
Items should be returned unworn and in the same condition as when sold. Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item (21 days for Europe and 28 days for USA and rest of world). We
ask that you insure your package and retain tracking information when
returning goods as we cannot be responsible for products that do not
reach us.
Please return the item to the address on the Contact Us page and
enclose your name, address, order number and whether you would like a
refund or exchange.
For returns we will give you a full refund less postage.
For exchanges the customer is required to pay all postage.
Please note: If returned items are not received within the time period we will not be able to honor your request.
Product Care:
We
use a high quality fabric blend of 55% linen, 45% cotton, chosen for
its exceptionally soft feel, good weight and minimal creasing.
Please hand or machine wash gently at 40 ° (separately for the
first few washes is recommended) and use a medium to hot iron.
Measurements:
Whilst every effort has been made to provide as much detail with sizing
as possible, all measurements given should be taken as approximate.
Please feel free to contact us before ordering if you would like
further assistance in order to avoid any disappointment.
Right to Refuse:
Malphi: Rustic Chic reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse
service at any time. Sale of any goods is subject to availability.
Third Party Risk:
We cannot accept any liability for non-delivery, delayed delivery or
damage caused by any third party. Proof of posting is kept and if
requested will be passed on to the customer. Customer assumes all risk
once goods have been posted.
Duties:
Please be aware that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to
import duties and taxes. As we cannot predict what these charges will
be, customer will be liable for all customs clearance charges.
Pricing Information:
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown in British Pounds are
correct at the time of publication. If an error has been made, we
reserve the right to cancel your order.

Reselling of any goods in any country is not allowed. See Copyright below.
